Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Ironwood Grooming website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within thirty days of the delivery date. To qualify:

• Products must be unused

• Products must be in original condition

• Products must be returned in original packaging

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the thirty day window may be denied.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Ironwood Grooming, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping fees are non refundable. Ironwood Grooming reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return criteria.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify Ironwood Grooming within thirty days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Ironwood Grooming may request photographic evidence to verify the issue.
